My job today could have driven anyone insane. I'm redesigning some screens for one of our applications. They have old ugly buttons on them. I'm making them new and pretty. My boss is oking the design. He is sometimes picky. now, before I go any farther, I'm going to say that I like doing monotonous work occasionally. It's very time-consuming. We played with buttons for hours. We tried to change the size a little, use images versus text, tried about 5 different checkmarks before my boss decided he really didn't like the checkmarks, ditto for x's, finally he decided on numbers. I like words better. We ended the day in a stalemate. Tomorrow, he's going to ask for a third or forth opinion. What a way to spend the day. hey, at least I had work to do.
